Scott M. Boruff
Mr. Boruff has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Sole Director since 2018. Since May 2021, he has served as an outsourced, contracted Chief Executive Officer and Director. He has been the sole officer and director of IndeLiving Holdings, Inc. since the Company’s formation in 2016. Mr. Boruff has also served as the Manager of Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC since its formation in 2016, which provides consulting and advisory services and holds interests in real estate brokerage and luxury real estate auction firms.
Mr. Boruff is a proven executive with a diverse background in investment banking and real estate development. He currently serves as Manager of Own Shares, LLC and Managing Member of Stonewalk Companies. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Miller Energy Resources, Inc. from 2008 to 2016, including roles as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Boruff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University.
Dustin M. Hillis
Mr. Hillis has served as our Chief Strategy Officer since June 15, 2024 and was promoted to President on December 30, 2024. In addition to his role at SafeSpace Global, Mr. Hillis is the Chief Strategy Officer at Tough Stump Technologies, a geospatial awareness technology company specializing in drone technology for special operations.
Previously, Hillis was the CEO of Southwestern Family of Companies, where he managed and expanded the organization of 20 businesses with 2,000+ employees worldwide. Before becoming CEO, he served on the Board of Directors and held the position of President at Southwestern Legacy Insurance Group. Mr. Hillis also co-founded Southwestern Consulting, a globally recognized sales and leadership coaching firm. As President of Southwestern Coaching, he built a global one-on-one coaching program with over 100 certified coaches operating in seven countries, helping more than 15,000 clients grow their incomes by an average of over 25%.
A visionary entrepreneur and global technology executive with over two decades of experience in scaling businesses and driving innovation, Mr. Hillis’s leadership has earned him accolades such as “Top 10 CEO” by Industry Era, “Top 50 Consulting CEOs” by The Consulting Report, and most recently recognized as one of MSN's“Top 5 Entrepreneurs Who Dominate in 2026.” In addition, Mr. Hillis is an Amazon Best Selling Author, a global keynote speaker, and host of the “All Things New Ventures” podcast, where he engages with entrepreneurs and innovators to discuss strategies for business growth and transformation.
Mr. Hillis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee/Knoxville.
Anand Ijju
Mr. Ijju has served as our Chief Technology Officer since April 10, 2025. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Executive Vice President of ProKarma (Concentrix), where he helped scale the business to over $525 million in revenue prior to its $1.5 billion valuation exit.
Mr. Ijju brings more than two decades of executive technology leadership experience in high-growth companies, driving innovation across AI, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure, positioning the Company for significant technological growth.
Mr. Ijju holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with a major in Systems & Finance.
Susan A. Reyes MD
Dr. Reyes has served as our Chief Medical Officer since September 1, 2020. She is a board-certified internal medicine physician with 39 years of clinical experience dedicated to advancing patient care and healthcare leadership. Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Reyes has served as Medical Director and advisor for numerous healthcare organizations, including home health, hospice, assisted living, senior housing and skilled nursing facilities, where she has demonstrated expertise in clinical operations, quality improvement, and strategic healthcare delivery.
Dr. Reyes pioneered house-call primary care services in multiple markets in Florida and Tennessee. She currently has the largest mobile primary care practice in East Tennessee.
Dr. Reyes holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Doctor of Medicine degree, both from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
G. Shayne Bench
Mr. Bench, a Director since 2022, was co-founder and former Chief Financial Officer of Trillium Healthcare Consulting. With over 30 years of long-term care experience, he is guided by the belief that, “With integrity, passion, and innovation, we can build a healthcare delivery system that meets the needs of our communities while responsibly managing limited resources.”
He began his professional career in 1994 with Beverly Enterprises, where he held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations Finance overseeing 53 skilled nursing facilities across Florida. In 2001, he joined the executive team that launched Genoa Healthcare Group. Serving as Senior Vice President and Treasurer, Mr. Bench successfully managed the organization’s cash flow during a period of significant growth, expanding to 135 skilled nursing facilities across 17 states and generating nearly $1 billion in revenue. In this role, he oversaw strategic capitalization initiatives, cultivated banking and creditor relationships, and directed financial reporting to investors.
Mr. Bench holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma.
Anthony Chapman
Mr. Chapman is an Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating Committee. He is a former Special Operations Intelligence Officer and founding member of a classified Joint Special Forces division.
Since 2001, Mr. Chapman has served as President of Chapman Consulting Group, leading global security and strategic consulting operations supporting U.S. allies worldwide.
Micheal J. Burt
Mr. Burt has served as an Independent Director since August 23, 2024. Known as “Coach Burt,” he is the founder of The Greatness Factory and a nationally recognized authority on performance coaching and leadership development.
He is the author of “Flip the Switch” and has spent over three decades helping individuals and organizations unlock peak performance.
Lawrence (Larry) H. Kloess III
Mr. Kloess has served as a Director since April 15, 2025. He is a retired hospital CEO with 30 years at HCA, including serving as CEO of TriStar Centennial Medical Center and President of HCA’s TriStar Division.
Following his retirement, Mr. Kloess became Chairman of Clayton Associates and founded FKP Advisors. He holds degrees from the University of Alabama and Xavier University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
